Hello there, my name is Jill Miroglio, and I’m excited to help you make your real estate dreams into a reality! I began my professional life by earning an undergraduate degree in chemistry and working in both the pharmaceutical and wine industries; however, my true passion started to emerge while I was starting fixing and flipping my first home with my husband.

As I continued to flip houses, my enthusiasm for real estate grew, and I began acquiring and managing several rental units, eventually pursuing my role as a landlord full time. Still bitten by the real estate bug, I earned my real estate license, allowing me to not only dive more deeply into my passion for real estate, but also allowing me to bring my enthusiasm and experience to my clients, helping them to achieve their real estate dreams as well.

Not surprisingly, I tend to focus my attention on residential rental property. I am interested in helping investors find what they are looking for, whether that means perfecting their portfolio of properties or assisting ongoing rental upkeep through property management.

Personal residences is the other area I like to help clients with. Each buyer and seller bring their own unique set of circumstances, and I enjoy navigating each situation with clients and finding creative solutions to fit each situation.

On a more personal note, I am a wife and mother to four children, all of whom attend St. Charles Catholic School. When I am not attending or volunteering for my children’s school and sporting events, you’ll most likely find me out running a 5K or in the kitchen perfecting my Italian cuisine (wood-fired pizza, homemade pasta and hand rolled gnocchi are my favorites). I also started making my own sourdough a couple years ago, as well as creating my own chocolate truffles. I am someone who prefers to stay busy, but when time and weather allow, I find nothing better than relaxing at a casual backyard barbecue with my family and friends.
